What is floor levelling and do I need it?
Floor levelling flattens a subfloor that has dips, slopes, or high spots. If your floor is uneven, or your new flooring needs a flat base, levelling is what keeps it from cracking, gapping, or squeaking.
What is the difference between self-levelling and grinding?
Self-levelling pours a compound that flows into low spots to raise them. Grinding removes high spots and old coatings. Most jobs use a mix of both, and we choose based on your slab.
Do you install hardwood, vinyl, or tile?
We do the levelling and prep, and we prep the subfloor for hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and tile. For the finish install of hardwood and stairs, we bring in our trusted install partners so your project is handled end to end.
Do you work on both homes and businesses?
Yes. We handle residential and commercial projects, from a single basement to a full commercial or industrial space.
How much does floor levelling or epoxy cost?
It depends on the size of the space, the condition of the slab, and the finish you want. We give you a clear, fair price after a free on-site assessment, with no surprises.
Is epoxy flooring slippery?
It does not have to be. We can add a non-slip finish so the floor stays safe when wet, which is popular for garages and commercial spaces.
How long until I can use the floor?
It depends on the system. Some epoxy floors with a polyaspartic topcoat can be back in use in about one business day. We will give you a clear timeline with your quote.
